All customers require import taxes to be paid in accordance with their respective regulations.
Our store is unable to provide VAT number filing services for European business customers because this shop is only for internet retail and ship from outside EU, unless you can provide us IOSS number. If you want wholesale, please contact us by email shopinfo@teian.world.

Shipping：
Our store ships from mainland China using the Cainiao or 4PX logistics. Most countries are eligible for shipping, but not all. If you want wholesale, please contact us by email partnership@teian.world.
Due to the regulations of the logistics company, items with a side length greater than 60cm will incur a higher price. Therefore, when you purchase items with longer dimensions, the shipping cost will significantly increase.
Per country:
- The affiliated islands of West-France do not provide delivery services.
- United States: Coverage includes the entire mainland United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
- United Kingdom: Coverage includes the entire country, except for military addresses (BFPO), Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey), and Isle of Man.
- Japan: An additional remote fee of 13 Euros is required for Kyushu (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture), Hokkaido, and Okinawa regions.

Refund and Return:
If there are any quality or shipping-related damages to the products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will whether to resend the correct items or provide a refund.
