Taxes：

The prices displayed in our store are exclusive of taxes.

All customers require import taxes to be paid in accordance with their respective regulations.

EU customers needs pay the tax if the order value >150 Euros.

Our store is unable to provide VAT number filing services for European business customers because this shop is only for internet retail and ship from outside EU, unless you can provide us IOSS number. If you want wholesale, please contact us by email shopinfo@teian.world.

*Colombia operates under a tax payment mode, with a tax rate of 19% based on the declared value.

Shipping：

Our store ships from mainland China using the Cainiao logistic from Alibaba. Most countries are eligible for shipping, but not all. Packages cannot exceed 2kg per one, otherwise we split the packages. If you want wholesale, please contact us by email partnership@teian.world.

Per country:

1. The affiliated islands of West-France do not provide delivery services.
2. United States: Coverage includes the entire mainland United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
3. United Kingdom: Coverage includes the entire country, except for military addresses (BFPO), Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey), and Isle of Man.

Delivery time in most of the regions is in below. However we can not guarantee that it will be reached within this time, because there is a difference between specific countries and voyages.

North America 10-20 days,

East Europe 9-15 days,

West Europe 12-25 days,

Africa 18- 30 days,

South America 15-30 days,

East & South east Asia 8-25 days,

West Asia 20-45 days,

Oceania 10-15 days.

And sorry we don’t ship to Antarctica.

Refund and Return:

If there are any quality or shipping-related damages to the products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will whether to resend the correct items or provide a refund.
